Take what you Need, Eat what you Take!
Waste-Free Lunches are not only environmentaly friendly, but they are economically kind as well! Check out the links below to learn more about the waste-free lunch movement!
A waste-free lunch applies not only to packing your lunch but purchasing lunch as well. When you are buying lunch, think about the following:
- Do I really neeed to take a tray?
- How much food do I really need? Be sure to listen to your stomach, not your eyes!
- Can I consolidate my food onto one plate instead of a whole bunch of differnt plates (makes not using a trey much easier!) ?
Thinking about waste-free in the cafeteria line canalso save you money - you take what you need and eat what you take!
